Scott W. Klein is president and CEO of LanguageLine Solutions℠, the global leader in telephone interpreting and language access innovation. Scott is a transformational leader with many years of experience in driving successful, profitable growth across multiple industries. Prior to assuming his current position in June 2012, he served as CEO of SuperMedia, Inc., a print and online publisher of the Yellow Pages. Before that, Scott served as president and CEO of Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a leading market research firm; president of the Consumer Industries, Retail & Energy Division of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS); president of PCMall, Inc., a $1.2 billion telesales, catalogue, and Internet reseller of computer-related products; and executive vice president and COO for PrimeSource Building Products. He also has held leadership roles with PepsiCo Inc. and Procter & Gamble Company.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Syracuse University. He has three grown sons; he and his wife, Debbie, along with their dog, Dexter, reside in Carmel, California.
