Growing From a Boutique to a Multi-Million-Dollar LSC

While a number of medium and large companies exist in our industry, the vast majority are small boutique firms. Many have reached a plateau and are looking to grow. This session will follow the journey from two-person agency to multi-million- dollar business and share lessons learned along the way. We will cover five principles small businesses need to apply in order to grow. We will explore hidden risks of rapid growth and how they can be addressed without slowing your company down. If your business has under $1 million in annual revenue, this session is for you, and if you passed the $1 million mark within the past few years, this session is also for you.
